On March 14, youth from the school ministry’s discipleship groups gathered for Mini Ignite Worship Night: God Is My Refuge, an evening dedicated to worship, reflection, and prayer. The event, part of the ongoing Ignite Worship Nights series, focused on helping young people deepen their faith and find strength in God.
The night featured a time of worship through singing, followed by interactive reflection stations. At one station, participants wrote prayers recalling times when they found refuge in God. Another station featured a guided devotional on screen, prompting them to reflect and answer thought-provoking questions about their faith. The evening also included moments of intercession, with one young girl feeling led to pray for Syria after hearing about recent tragedies.

A highlight of the night was a testimony shared by a girl who spoke about experiencing God as her Provider. She recounted how, when her family moved to Lebanon as missionaries, they struggled to find a place to stay, but God faithfully provided for their needs. “I don’t know what the future holds for me,” she shared, “but I know that the Lord will provide for everything.”
The event aimed to strengthen the youth’s understanding of God as a refuge in their lives. As they continue in discipleship, leaders hope they will grow in faith, support one another, and carry what they’ve learned into their daily lives.
