School Campus Cage Ball

May 21, 2026

Some of you may remember praying with us recently through our weekly Prayer Warrior emails for the School Ministry’s cage ball outreach events on school campuses. We are excited to share how God used these opportunities to connect with students and open doors for deeper conversations.

Throughout May, the team organized cage ball events at two of our partner schools. As students gathered around the enclosed playing arena to watch and participate in the fast-paced games, YFC staff and volunteers created spaces for connection through camp presentations, discussion groups, bracelet-making stations, and other activities. These events gave many students a first glimpse into YFC camps, where they can come for fun and community, but also encounter the love of Christ and hear the Gospel.

One meaningful conversation happened with a teenage student who described himself as an atheist. A youth worker encouraged him to attend camp, explaining that it is a space where questions are welcome and no one is judged. Sharing part of his own testimony, the youth worker told him, “When I was 14, I was an atheist too, but God still loved me and wanted me to ask questions.”

We are thankful for the seeds planted through these outreach events and ask you to continue praying for the students who were reached during this season.
